How many times have we heard people say that when they hit middle age or older?

I believe that our youth need to learn positive psychology practices and resilience building techniques from a young age.

We repeat our family patterns of conditioning subconsciously or consciously.

Let’s arm our youth with skills and strength-based techniques that will help equip them for a brighter future.
